QA/QC Introduction

Our QA Department currently includes 20 people, with product standards controlled in compliance with ISO9001 stipulations. Their duties are as follows:
1) IQC: check raw materials, remove all unqualified materials and inspect production plan
2) IPQC: inspection during production
3) FQC: check finished products prior to packaging and storage in warehouse
4) Evaluate customers' feedback to ensure all products meet customers' quality requirements
5) After-sales services
